Maybelle McQueen, 83, a resident of Cleveland, died Saturday, June 23, 2012, at the family residence.

She was a member of the Victory Faith Chapel and at one time was an evangelist.

She was the daughter of the late Norman and Vina Napier. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry McQueen; brother, Daniel Napier; son, David Wayne Magnetti; and a grandson, Alec Lee Crider.

She was a wonderful mother and always loved to help people.

She is survived by her daughters: Robin Harris and her husband, David, Lynn Ramsey, Sharon White and her husband, Cephas, all of Cleveland, and Jobetta Dykes and her husband, Russell, of Charleston; sons: Daril Magnetti of Cleveland and Daniel Batchelor and his wife, Sheila, of Ohio; a stepson, Jim Batchelor of Orlando, Fla.; 24 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Sue Wile of Denver; half sisters: Betty Music, Lucille Skaggs and Janice Napier, all of Martin, Ky.; three brothers: Wallace Napier of Jacksonville, Fla., Jimmy Napier and Douglas Napier, both of Ithaca, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held 1 p.m. today, June, 28, 2012, at the Wildwood Capel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the Rev. Gary Farris officiating.

Interment will follow in the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
