Aqua Tigers heat up pool against Marlins

On Thursday evening, while the day’s extreme heat still lingered, the Cleveland Aqua Tigers hosted the Fort Oglethorpe Marlins at Tinsley Pool. CAT Won by a final score of 396-312.

Scoring high points for CAT were: 19 - Erin Stutzman; 17 - Grayson Payne; 15-Alexyia Jackson, Spencer Payne, Lauren Stutzman and Jason Chung; 14 - Logan Stutzman and Megan Mitchell; 13 - Abigail Jones and Nelson Chung; 12 - Jacob McDaniel, Katherine Blake, Bri Foley, and Robert Parr; 11 - Suzanna Liner; 10 - Sarah Plank, Blake Odum, Zoe Meyer, and Evan Stutzman.

CAT will host its final home meet of the season on Monday against Red Bank.

Monday’s will be a “pink” meet. Organizers are asking all members and spectators for the meet to wear the color pink. During the event they will be selling pink food, beverages and small items to raise money for Emily's Power For a Cure, a charity that is raising awareness and money to find a cure for Neuroblastoma, brain cancer.
