She was preceded in death by her parents, John Houston McConnell and Lucy Alice Reynolds McConnell; husband, Mitchell Cronan; and son, Christopher Gale North.
She is survived by her children: Joy Ann Phillips of Forsyth, Ga., Jerry Russell North Jr. and Donna Darlene Cruz, both of Loudon, Pamela Jean Harper of Franklin, Mickey Cronan of Benton and Joyce Moorhouse of Ocoee; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers: Clifford McConnell and Sam McConnell, both of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2012 in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Cawood officiating.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
