Madison Danielle Nelson, 5, of Cleveland. passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012, in a local hospital.

She was a student at Waterville Elementary School.

She is survived by her mothe,r Lucy Nelson and her fiancé, Christopher Fox, of Cleveland; a brother, Leland Nelson, also of Cleveland; grandparents: Teresa Brooks and her husband, Ricky, of Cleveland, Linda Hardin of Old Fort, and Danny Fox of Calhoun; great-grandmothe,r Edna Harden of Cleveland, aunt, Stephanie Banks of Old Fort; and uncles: Ricky Brooks of Cleveland and David Barnes of New York. She was also survived by her special nurses, Kristie Johnson and Melissa “Mimi” Miller, and all the other nurses and staff at Maxim Health Care.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held 4 p.m. today, July 8, 2012, at the Fairview Worship Center with Pastor Jackie Epperson officiating.

Interment will follow in Hughes Family Cemetery on Fulbright Road with Mitchell Roe, Duane Moller, Darren King and Eric Miller serving as pallbearers.

The Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes has charge of the arrangements.
