Joshua Partain Phillips, 23, a resident of Old Fort, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.
He is survived by his caregiver, Gelena Jackson of Old Fort; parents, Thomas and Sarita Phillips of Anchorage, Alaska; and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home chapel with Minister Jeff Archey officiating.
Interment will follow in Dill Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home prior to the service.
