Patricia Lynn ‘Patti’ Hill, 46, a resident of Charleston, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, at her home.

She was preceded in death by two sons: Randy Matthew Hill, Jimi Lucas Hill; her father, William Matthews; her mother, Louise Armstrong; and her brother, Edward Dewayne Matthews.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, rock collecting, drawing and artwork. She especially loved to go to the mountains and to the lake.

She is survived by her husband, George Randall Hill, of Charleston; two sons: Timothy Nicholson of Benton, and Noah Hill of Charleston; one daughter, Asia Whitlock Hill of Benton; three grandchildren: Gracie Norman, L.T. Nicholson, and Shelbee Jordan; one sister, Debbie Schoats of Charleston; and several nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel with Pastor Richard Harrison officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
