Willie Anna Lee Henegar Price, 70, made her heavenly transition on July 11, 2012.
She was born on May 15, 1942, to the late William Horace Henegar and Agnes Graham — Henegar. She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Lamont Price.
She was a faithful member of the Church of God Sanctified, where she served as a mother on the Mother Board, Church historian and chairperson for the Church Anniversary Committee and worked on the Building Fund Committee until her illness.
She was employed with the Bradley County Schools system for 34 years, where she was affectionately known as “Mamaw.”
She was also employed with Kmart for 21 years.
She loved to can with her friends at the Bradley County Cannery, where she was known well as “Miss Ann.” Canning was her ministry to the church and community.
She was a proud member of the NAACP (Bradley County Branch) Executive Committee and the Bradley County African American Historial Society.
Her favorite charities included Feed the Children, St. Jude and American Red Cross.
Her legacy will forever live in her daughter, Tacia K. (Lewis) Green; three sisters: Katie Thompson of Detroit, Sherry Goodine of Cleveland, and Alba (Charles) Harris of Decatur, Ga.; one uncle, Sylvester Harris of Cleveland; four aunts: Irene Moore of Cleveland, Erma Graham of Atlanta, Rachel Graham of Milwaukee and Terri Graham of Federal Way, Wash.; one great-aunt, Lucy Graham of Louisville, Ky.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The body may be viewed Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m at Patton Funeral Home, 265 Fair St.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the funeral beginning at noon Monday, July 16, 2012.
Interment will follow at St. Elmo Cemetery in Georgetown with a white dove release. The Rev. Edward S. Robinson Sr. will officiate and Bishop G.R. Hill of Church of God Sanctified will be the eulogist.
