Several young Cleveland golfers had success, and more than a few took home top spot in a Tennessee Golf Association Junior Tour event over the weekend.
Nicholas McCracken grabbed first place in the boys’ 10-13 tour, shooting a 2-over 38 for nine holes. Parker Gray, also of Cleveland, came in runner-up with a 4-over 40.
Katie Medley finished in first place in the girls 12-18 tour with a 5-over 41, and Kassey Gregg hit a 25-over 97 to win the girls 16-18 tour.
The event was held at the Windstone Golf Club in Ringgold, Ga.
