William “Chuck” Sweeten, 40, a resident of Old Fort, passed away at his residence, Sunday, July 22, 2012.
He was a lifelong resident of the Old Fort area and was born in Chattanooga Dec. 5, 1971.
He was a former bareback rider and black belt in Ninjutsu with the Chattanooga Bujinkan Dojo.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Sweeten of Old Fort; parents, Bill and Sarah Sweeten of Cleveland; two daughters: Lauren Sweeten of Wyoming and Sailor Anglin of Old Fort; one half-sister, Deana Lawson of Lenoir City; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A memorial service is planned for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, July 25, 2012, at Ocoee Riverside Lodge, 672 Hilda Brand Road, Ocoee, TN 37361.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in his memory.
