The Chatata Valley Ladies Golf Association held its 2012 Invitational Friday and Linda Mullins walked away with the overall championship. Mullins took the championship with a 71.
In the first flight, Rita Hannah took the top spots followed by Barbara Buchanan and Delores Haynie. Debbie Patterson won top honors in the second flight with Donna Chandler and Deb Wilson finishing second and third. Chandler was also closest to the pin on No. 2.
Third flight honors went to Diane Bunch with Wanda Evans and Hilde Stein rounding out the top three. The fourth flight saw Freeda Allegrati finish first in front of Rose Wheeler and Phyllis Parrot-Price. Allegrati was closest to the pin on No. 8.
Sarah Stutz finished on top in flight five with Judy Ozawa and Janie Cummings following in second and third. Honey Climer was the sixth flight winner with Donna Flippin second and Nancy McCartney third.
Marlene Larson wound up closest to the pin on No. 14 and Judy Acuff was closest on No. 16.
