S. Veronica Fox has been named senior vice president and trust officer. Fox has 33 years of banking experience with 10 ½ of those at Citizens National. She majored in finance at Pellissippi State Community College and received the Certified Trust Operations Specialist certificate from the Canon Trust School, the Basic and Advanced Defined Contributions Plans certificate from Booke and Company in Winston-Salem, N.C., and the General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking in Nashville.
Fox has received her Retirement Plan Associate designation from The Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania and The International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. She has been involved in many professional and civic organizations, including serving as treasurer of the Cleveland Civitan Club and is a graduate of the Cleveland/Bradley Leadership Bradley program. She also has served on several committees for Financial Women International and as a board member of the Southeast Securities Transfer Association. Fox has membership in the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council, the Nashville Estate Planning Council and The University of Tennessee state advisory board for CEBS non-credit programs.
Terry Webb has been promoted to vice president and trust officer. Webb attended Cleveland State Community College, is a graduate of The Cannon Trust School, and has completed several American Institute of Banking courses including law and banking, economics, accounting, principles of banking, money and banking and trust investments. A 32-year banking veteran, Webb has been with Citizens National for 11 years and will continue her duties in personal trust and estate administration, estate planning, business development and backup to trust operations in the Athens Wealth Management Group office. Married to Rex Webb and mother to daughters Chelsea and Shauna, Webb has been an active volunteer with March of Dimes, Signal Center, and the Tennessee Technology Center and is an active member of First Baptist Church in Niota.
Leigh Ann Boyd has been promoted to vice president and trust officer. Boyd, an honors graduate of Cleveland High School, graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lee College, received a master’s of science in personal financial planning from The College of Financial Planning and has also received a Certified Financial Planner certification. A veteran of banking for 21 years, Boyd has been with the Cleveland Wealth Management Group for 11 years and will continue with personal trust management. She currently serves as president of the Kiwanis Club of Cleveland and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga, the Financial Planning Association and the Ocoee Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She and her husband Bill are members of First Baptist Church in Cleveland where she plays the violin for the sanctuary orchestra.
