Jackie Fischer of Burnt Corn Creek Trading in Silva, N.C., above, was working on a wreath Saturday during Cherokee Days at Red Clay State Park. The annual celebration continues today, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduled events include traditional dance, stickball games, storytelling, living history, blowgun tournament, Cherokee crafts and Cherokee foods.
