As former Tennessee Attorney General Paul Summers launches an investigation — at Bebb’s request — of the Cleveland-based, crime-fighting figure and his operations, Bebb will tell another side of what has become a multifaceted, complex story.
This series of articles, which will begin in Sunday’s edition of the Banner, aren’t being printed to defend the veteran prosecutor, but to give the DA the opportunity to address the accusations.
