Adilee M. Hudson, 92, a resident of Old Fort, passed away Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.
She attended Unity Church of God and was a Pentecostal minister since 1952.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lucy Mealer; first husband, Woodrow T. Simmons; second husband, the Rev. Frank Hudson; and stepgrandson, Jason Hudson, who passed away 10 days ago.
Survivors include her daughter, Jean Lovell Sturdivant and husband, Thomas F., of Martinez, Ga.; three stepchildren: Donnie and Sheila Hudson of Cleveland, Bill and Ola Hudson of Signal Mountain, and Wanda Clayton of Rossville; two grandchildren: Pamela Mechelle Parham and husband, William, of Cartersville, Ga., and Stephanie Marie Lovell of Jacksonville, Fla.; five stepgrandchildren; Christy Hudson, Tawanda J. Clayton, Jeff Clayton, Michael Clayton and Amy Hudson; two great-grandchildren: Brooke Parham and Dalton Parham; 11 stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; brother, Atlas W. Mealer of Signal Mountain; and nephew, Bugain Mealer of St. Augustine, Fla.
Funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Grady Simpson and the Rev. Randy Byrd and wife, Mary, officiating.
Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at Chattanooga Memorial Park. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
