Ronald Lee Colby, 63, a resident of Ocoee for the past three years, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at a local health care facility.

He was of the Methodist faith. He was retired from Armstrong Tool Co., where he was a machinist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte and Harlen Frances Colby.

Survivors include his wife, Diana L. Colby; two children: Michelle Ann Catalano and husband, Joseph, and Vickie Lynn Varela; six grandchildren: Christopher Almodovar, Ruben Varela III., Heather and Dominick Catalano, Matthew and Steven Varela; one sister-in-law, Kay Heath; and two nieces: Cyndi Hackney and Melanie Mixon.

A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Benton Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 this evening at Fike Funeral Home.
