The Lee University employee family recently held its semi-annual, all-employee meeting, where they took this photo for The Chronicle of Higher Education’s Great Colleges to Work for Honor Roll. “It’s something I’ve known for a long time, and now it’s official: Lee’s a great place to work,” said Ann McElrath, Lee’s director of Human Resources. McElrath was Lee’s liaison with The Chronicle and ModernThink on the survey assessment. She added, “It’s a great statement about the level of job satisfaction we have here, which we believe can only have a positive impact on our students, our friends and families, and our community as a whole.” The university meets with the entire employee group each fall and spring, before students move back to campus and register for classes.
