Beverly Kay Ham, 52, a resident of Benton, passed away at a local health care facility on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012.

She was the daughter of Kenneth and Sevilla Hawkins.

She spent the last nine years in Benton, where she moved to from Etowah. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Old Ocoee Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Roger Hawkins of Delano.

Survivors other than her mother include two sons: Keith and Justin Hawkins of Benton; one brother, Steve Hawkins of Delano; one sister, Judy McNabb of Cleveland; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Etowah First Church of God, 180 Chilhowee Road, Etowah TN 37331.

The funeral will immediately follow the visitation at 8 p.m. with the Revs. Jack Qualls and Doyle Llyod officiating.

Interment will be held at David Hills Cemetery in Tellico Plains, Saturday at 11 a.m.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
