Alicia Dawn Rodriguez, 28, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Gloria Faye Slayton, Maria Elena Vasquez Rodriguez and Servando Garcia Rodriguez.

She attended the Xtreme Church and also attended Church of the Harvest.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Allen Shaffer; two sons: Terry Evan Alexander Shaffer and Matthew Nathaniel Lee Shaffer; father, Carlos Rodriguez; and mother, Jama Slayton Rodriguez, all of Cleveland; grandfather, James Carl Slayton of Kentucky; brothers: Carlos Servando James Rodriguez and Brandon Lynn Rodriguez; three sisters: Angela Sullivan, Rachel Sullivan and Kimberly Harden, all of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 7 this evening, Sept. 18, 2012, at the North Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Lorna Roblero officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 at the funeral homes.
