She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Dacus; parents James Louis Parker and Nettie Bazzell Parker; brothers: Willie (Bill) Parker and Harry Parker.
She is survived by her children: Clifton (Butch) Dacus and wife, Mable,of Benton; daughter, Vicky Daily and husband, Jerry, of Benton; brothers: James L. Parker and wife, Blanche, of Benton; Hubert Parker and wife, Shilah, of Casa Grende, Ariz.; sisters: Johnnie Sue Ledwell and husband, Bill, of Benton; Mary Waters, and husband, Buddy, of Old Fort; sister-in-law, Louise Parker, of Benton; sister-in-law Billie Parker, of Benton; several grand, great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Ben McTaggart of Benton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. today, Sept. 24, 2012 at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Haulk officiating. Private interment will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Oak Grove Church Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 prior to the service.
