He was preceded in death by his father, Steven William Ensley; and his grandfather, William Edwin Long.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Bonnie Sue Cook and Harold Cook; brother and sister-in-law, John William and Liz Ensley; grandmother, Janett Kilman Long; grandparents, John William and Patricia Ensley, all of Cleveland; and by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private memorial service is being planned for the immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of their choice.
Grissom Funeral Home is handling arrangements for the family.
