She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Dacus; parents, James Louis Parker and Nettie Bazzell Parker; and brothers: Willie (Bill) Parker and Harry Parker.
She was survived by her children: Clifton (Butch) Dacus and wife, Mable, of Benton; daughter, Vicky Daily and husband, Jerry, of Benton; brothers: James L. Parker and wife, Blanche, of Benton and Hubert Parker and wife, Shilah, of Casa Grende, Ariz.; sisters: Johnnie Sue Ledwell and husband, Bill, of Benton and Mary Waters, and husband, Buddy, of Old Fort; sisters-in-law, Louise Parker, of Benton and Billie Parker, also of Benton; several grand-great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special adopted son, Ben McTaggart, of Benton.
The funeral was held Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Haulk officiating.
A private interment was held Tuesday in Oak Grove Church Cemetery.
