He is survived by his wife, Judy Huff Lewis of Etowah; father, Roland Lewis of Chattanooga; and two stepsons: Michael Tilley of Cleveland and Mark Tilley of Chattanooga.
Fumerl will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home of Etowah with the Rev. Joe Collins officiating.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
His family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
