The Trousdale School. Student teams
Dustin Crumbley and Heather Collins
Joseph Settle and Susan Turner
On Friday, Sept. 28, an exciting bocce final was held at The Trousdale School. Student teams have been playing since March to see which pairs would end up in the finals. Dustin Crumbley and Heather Collins made it to the finals with a 6-0 record, while Joseph Settle and Susan Turner were the opponents with a 5-1 record. The finals became a two-game play-off after Joseph and Susan’s win of the first game gave Dustin and Heather their first loss since the competition began in March. In what was a nail-biting final, Dustin and Heather came from behind to win the second game 16 to 14. It was a fun day for all of the students and parents who came to watch all the excitement.
