1 deep-dish pie crust
Ingredients: Beat together and pour into deep-dish pie crust.
3 eggs beaten
2 tbsps. fresh basil or 1 tbsp. dried bsil
1/2 pack spinach
1 cup mayonnaise
Top with sliced tomatoes overlapping and sprinkle with 1 1/2-cups Mozzarella cheese.
Top with 8 slices of crumbled bacon
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, the tent with foil and bake for 15 more minuts at 350 degrees F.
2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
1 tbsp. oil
16 ounces Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups milk
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk1/2 stick margarine or butter
Cook and salt macaroni, drain and add 1 tablespoon oil; Stir and pour into crockpot.
Add cheese, milk, evaporated milk and margarine.
Cook on low three hours. Stir occasionally.
Marilyn’s Crockpot Chicken
2 tsps. dried minced onions
5-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Good Season’s Italian Dressing mix
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick melted butter
Spread melted butter over chicken breasts and place in crockpot. Sprinkle salt and pepper, dressing mix and onions over chicken breasts. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom sop
1 small can mushrooms
Mix second set of ingredients together and pour over chicken and cook one more hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
