The Museum Center at 5ive Points is planing its third annual Holidays at 5ive Points – Silent Auction.

This community-wide holiday event will be held on Friday, Nov. 2, from 7 to 10 p.m. Featured will be a silent auction and heavy hors d'oeuvres by Alshabibi Catering. The cost to attend is $20 per person with tickets on sale now at the Museum Center. All money raised from Holidays at 5ive Points will benefit the Museum Center.

Commitments for donations to this event are now being taken.

“We are looking for creative individuals and businesses to commit to donating Christmas items such as decorated wreaths, floral arrangements, Christmas trees, etc.,” said Ken Cagle, facility coordinator at the Museum Center.

“This event will be a way to add something new to your holiday collection of decorations and get fabulous new ideas for sprucing up you’re your home for the Christmas season.”

The Museum Center is located in the heart of downtown Cleveland at 200 Inman Street and is a great asset to the community.

Its mission is to preserve and interpret the history and culture of the Ocoee District of Tennessee. It features many education programs for children and adults throughout the year.
