First India Princess meeting for the Hiwassee Tribe held

The first Indian Princess meeting of the year for the Hiwassee Tribe representing Cleveland was held recently. Hosted by Chris and Gincy Pendergrass and co-hosted by Tommy and Eliza Roe, the meeting was held at the Creekridge Pavilion, owned by Allan and Janie Jones. Activities included pony rides, bounce inflatables, and pumpkin painting. The tribe is getting prepared for its annual father and daughter dance and campout at Camp Ocoee where the members will meet and compete in cheers and skits with other local tribes from the region.
