THE SALVATION ARMY kicked off its red kettle capaign with a donation by Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland and his wife Sandra Saturday. Present for the kick off were Kay Free, left, and Ruthie Forgey of The Salvation Army, Sandra Rowland and Mayor Rowland.
