Bethlehem Baptist Church, 130 Bethlehem Church Road, Madisonville, will have a Thanksgiving Eve service featuring the McKameys today at 7 p.m.

New Prospect Presbyterian Church and Northside Cumberland Presbyterian Church will have their fall bazaar Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., at 310 New Murraytown Road. All-you-can eat breakfast for $6. There will be crafts, bake sale and treasure trove. All proceeds will go to missions.

The Bradley County Republican Women’s meeting will be held Thursday at Mountain View Inn. State Sen. Mike Bell will be the guest speaker.

There will be a pancake breakfast Saturday, from 8 to 10 a.m., chili supper from 4 to 6 p.m. and a silent auction at Cleveland Cowboy Church, 3040 Blythe Road, sponsored by Cornerstone Church of God and Women’s Everywhere Ministries to benefit Mexico Ministry Missions. Tickets for each meal will be $5. There are 150 items for auction and a grand price drawing for 42-inch HD RCA TV.

The Southern Appalachian Back Country Horsemen will meet Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Tri-State Exhibition Center. Bill Jones, a forest plant pathologist from the Forest Health Protection Division in Asheville, N.C., will present the program on the various plants found in the Cherokee National Forest. The Bradley County Democratic Party will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Bradley County/Cleveland Public Library’s community room. The guest speaker will be Oscar Kelly, Democratic member of the Bradley County Election Commission. He will discuss and inform the guests and the members about the election process that occurred in 2012. The Bradley County Democratic women members will meet at 6:30 p.m. before the regular meeting.
