She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She loved to play the piano and organ and enjoyed decorating her house.
She was a happy person and enjoyed life. She loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, A.B. and Hattie Bryan Green; husband, Roy Higgins; daughter, Betty Ainbender; brothers: A.B. Green, Milton Green and Dennis Green; and sister, Lena McCall.
She is survived by her daughter, Diana Harris of Cleveland; grandchildren: Kerry Harris and David Charles Harris and wife, Veronica, all of Cleveland; great-grandchildren: Brandon Harris and Taylor Harris Lanclos; great-great-grandchildren: Abby and Autumn Lanclos; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Grissom Funeral Home with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating.
Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
