Bradley County Home Educator, the county's only nonprofit home-school support group, will have a special public meeting Thursday, 6 to 8 p.m., at the Cleveland Bradley County Public Library, in the Carmichael Room.

This meeting, offered several times each year, is specifically for those families who are new to home schooling. Whether you are beginning your home-school journey midyear, or are thinking about home schooling in the near future, this meeting will help answer your questions about resources for curriculum, how to navigate the home-school laws, how to withdraw your child from public school, and what our community offers home-schoolers in the areas of education and enrichment.

BCHE is the oldest home school group in Bradley County, with an annual membership of more than 175 families.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
