She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lillian Brown Hadley; and brother, Bill Hadley.
She leaves behind her significant other, Will Lauderdale, and his mother Linda Lauderdale, both of Cleveland; daughter, Carol Ann; brothers and their wives: Larry and Joni Hadley of California and Benjamen and Gail Hadley, of Florida; sister, Judy Spine of Georgetown; several nieces and nephews, including Judy Pyne, of Georgetown and Josetta and husband, Claude Giguere, of Florida; close friends: Sharon Crye and Trena Lawson; and longtime caregiver Gwendolyn Daneil, of Trenton, N.J.
A memorial gathering will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at 6 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Decatur.
