“Mrs. Trudy” was the oldest member of New Liberty Baptist Church and her church family gave her their loving care. Visits and help at home were gifts received by the family with deep appreciation and lightened her days. She made deep friendships with neighbors and co-workers and they also brought her joy. You knew each day when 2 p.m came, because here dear friend Marie was calling to check on her.
Solomar/AtPeace Hospice nurses, chaplain, physician, volunteers and Misti, her personal caregiver, have also been appreciated for their loving ways of caring for her as her health declined.
Over the last few months, Mrs. Trudy had a wish to feed hungry children. Please consider offering a special gift to your church or favorite charity to celebrate the 98 years of a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, sister-in-law, neighbor and friend.
