Robert Chastain, an employee of the business, said someone had cut the copper wire from an electrical box and taken two copper pipes from a water heater at a building located at 322 Bell St.
The theft was believed to have occurred sometime during the weekend.
Loss was estimated at $2,000, according to a report filed by deputy Kolby Duckett of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
- A Polaris all-terrain vehicle was reportedly stolen during the weekend from a Million Road address.
According to a report filed by deputy Daniel Watson of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, Janie Bowman said the ATV had been parked behind her house located at 380 Million Road.
She noticed the ATV was missing late Saturday evening.
Detective Michael Hughes of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division was notified of the theft.
The ATV was valued at $10,500.
- Cleveland Police are looking into the theft of several items which were taken from a vehicle while the owner was working out at a local gym.
According to a report filed by officer Joe Schnebel of the Cleveland Police Department, Blake Myers parked at the Rush Fitness Center and went inside to exercise.
Myers said his windows had been left cracked. He thinks someone reached into the vehicle and unlocked the doors, taking an Xbox game system, cash, credit cards and personal identification cards.
The loss was estimated at $468.
