A Frigidaire range was reportedly taken from a rental house sometime in the past few days, according to a report filed by deputy Steve McCullough of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

According to his report, McCullough went to 1935 Old Georgetown Street and spoke with Howard Hamilton, rental house owner.

Hamilton said someone took the glass-top stainless steel range from the home sometime Tuesday or Wednesday.

No sign of forced entry was evident. The house was unoccupied at the time of the theft.

According to the report, the range was valued at $600.

- A man flagged down a deputy Wednesday and informed him someone had stolen some windows from his property.

According to a report filed by deputy Mitchell Roe, Daniel Ledwell said someone took five windows from a storage building.

The last time Ledwell saw the windows was Monday. Each window was valued at $50.

- A mailbox and the post it was mounted on were taken from a Robin Hood Drive address. Amanda Barclay said she had seen the mailbox at 1 p.m. Wednesday. A report was filed by deputy Laura Lane later that evening.

The post and mailbox were valued at $200.
