Ocoee Region Builders Association named Peaches Searles its 2012 Associate of the Year. Searles is the co-owner of American Rooter & American Portables.  Searles is a  member of the board of directors. She has also served on the Activities Committee for many years. She and husband Ken Searles have one daughter, Ashley.

Ocoee Region Builder Association recently inducted its 2013 executive officers and board of directors.

ORBA held its annual installation banquet at the Elks Lodge. ORBA has been serving Bradley, Polk and McMinn counties for 43 years.

The combined efforts of many of its members have resulted in worthwhile accomplishments. ORBA stands committed to represent and protect its industry.

The Ocoee Region Builders Association 2013 president Lake Mantooth was sworn in by Home Builder Association of Tennessee President Mitzi Spann.

Mantooth said he looks forward, with the support of its membership, to leading this great organization.

The other executive board members sworn in by Tennessee State Sen. Todd Gardenhire were Peaches Searles, vice president; Kim Shay, secretary/treasurer; Charlotte Jones, past president; and Dennis Epperson as Government Affairs chairman.

The 2013 board of directors, who were also sworn in by Gardenhire, are Greg Calfee, Charles Blankenship, Jerry Franitza, John Proffitt, Rhonda Bailey, Shonna Ellis, Keith Jones, Terry West and Tim Evans.
