Mark Rymer, 38, was arrested and charged with theft over $10,000 after investigators determined him to be a suspect, according to detective Steve Ross of the Cleveland Police Department.
Ross said Rymer did not disclose the location of the alleged stolen Bobcat 320, which had been taken from a site on Michigan Avenue/Stuart Road.
The theft occurred Dec. 22, according to Ross.
Robert Lee reported the theft and offered a reward for information leading to its whereabouts.
Ross said he was notified of the recovery earlier this week.
“The machinery was found inside a warehouse located on Waterlevel Highway,” Ross said.
He also noted the warehouse was not rented by the suspect nor anyone else — that the equipment had simply been placed inside without the warehouse owner’s knowledge.
