She is survived by her children: Allison Campbell and John C. Chadwick; three grandchildren; and one brother.
The funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, in the Chapel of Fike Funeral Home.
Her family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors and complete arrangements will be announced.
