Barbara Kay Harrell Franklin, 78, of Cleveland, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, in a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert C. Harrell and Martha Pless Harrell.
She is survived by her three children: David Franklin and Laura Franklin, both of Cleveland; and Carolyn Randolph of Nashville; two grandchildren; and one brother, Robert “Bob” Harrell of Newnan, Ga.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
