He is survived by his wife, Donna Crary Dwyer; daughter, Angie Oldham Huggins of Charlotte, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel White officiating.
Military honors will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
