Lee University welcomed local students from Mayfield Elementary to Lee’s campus on April 22 as part of the Business and Education Serving Together (B.E.S.T.) Partners program. Mayfield students toured the campus, enjoyed lunch in the Deacon Jones Dining Hall, and experienced an afternoon of fun in Schimmels Park with the Lee Flames basketball players. The Mayfield guests take a break from bubbles, chalk and hula hoops to pose in the park for a group photo. The Cleveland Bradley Chamber of Commerce sponsors the B.E.S.T. program, which fosters a commitment of time, energy, and expertise between a business and a selected public school.
