To The Editor:

I contacted the city of Cleveland police and Bradley County sheriff about the aggressive drivers who exceed the posted speeds on APD 40 approaching Interstate 75 to cut ahead of the vehicles that are in the correct left lane for entering I-75 South, and apparently they do not think there is a problem.

The state of Tennessee should erect either concrete dividers between the two lanes a good distance back so these rude drivers will have to wait their turn.

Other states that I travel in have had the same problem with these rude, aggressive drivers so some states have concrete dividers and others have metal stakes to avoid drivers from cutting in ahead.

Unfortunately, we have bullying not only in the schools but also on our roads!
