Proceeds from the event will benefit BCA students in need of partial scholarships.
As event coordinator for over 30 years, Audrey Naylor said her efforts in leading the event are in appreciation of the benefits her children received from their academic career at the school.
“My children attended the Lutheran School, and it laid a strong academic and spiritual foundation for both of them,“ Naylor said. “I’m thankful for the impact that the school had and still has on my family, and I hope that the horse show proceeds can provide current and future students the opportunity to attend and benefit as my children did.”
Naylor said the event is the longest running one-day horse show in the Southeast.
Two performances are scheduled on June 1 at noon and 6 p.m. Tickets for adults are $3 and are $2 for children ages 12 and under.
