The Santa Fe Cattle Company, a roadhouse-style steak restaurant chain, has announced it will open a Cleveland location inside Bradley Square Mall.

It is expected to open in early August.

“Cleveland is experiencing tremendous growth, and, with the renovation of the mall, the Santa Fe Cattle Company restaurant is perfect for us,” said Stacia Shahan, the mall’s manager. “We could not be more excited.”

The restaurant’s management has said it is excited to be opening in Cleveland and is looking forward to getting involved in the communities in and around Cleveland and Bradley County.

“Bradley Square Mall has been a pleasure to work with, and, with the completion of their renovations, SFCC could not be more pleased with the location,” said Don Clifford, Santa Fe’s director of facilities management.

Construction began on the restaurant’s space in April, and it features the company’s newly developed design with a 4,944-square-foot layout. The project was developed by David K. Kidd Architect, LLC. of Franklin and built by Clark Construction Company out of McComb, Miss. The restaurant will be located inside the mall near J.C. Penney, along with a “cattle pen,” or patio, for dining outside.

The family-friendly restaurant chain currently operates in six states from Oklahoma to Florida.

Santa Fe Cattle Company’s steaks, ribs and fajitas will be featured on the menu so diners can “experience fresh, made from scratch food with a Southwest flair.” Also featured in the restaurant will be all-you-can-eat peanuts and yeast rolls served with cinnamon butter.

The restaurant boasts “the best steaks, coldest beer and biggest fan in town.” It also claims that its in-house butcher hand cuts and ages all steaks before they ever reach diners’ plates. The restaurant’s decor features an oversized bar fan, similar to those found in stock barns to cool the cattle, as a centerpiece to its Santa Fe theme.

The Bradley Square Mall is located at 200 Paul Huff Parkway S.W.
