Stevens is a resident of McMinn County and a graduate of McMinn County High School as well as the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned a degree in interior design. She and her husband, Doug, are avid pet lovers. Stevens is also a stained glass artist and teaches her craft at the Arts Center in Athens.
“Real estate offers me the rewarding opportunity to help families and individuals in the largest financial purchase or sale they will make in their lives,” Stevens said. “Ensuring that this important process is completed with attention to every detail is very important to me.”
Troy Goins is a lifelong resident of Cleveland and Bradley County. Goins and his wife, Patti, have one son named Isaac. A graduate of Bradley Central High School, he has worked for Coca-Cola for the past 22 years. He has also been involved with various community events and charitable organizations like Relay for Life, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Keep America Beautiful.
Goins said he carefully researched which real estate firm to join in Cleveland. He chose Bender Realty because he was impressed by the level of professionalism, along with the firm’s longevity in serving the real estate needs of the community.
“Bender Realty possesses all the qualities of a real estate firm I was looking for, especially the team support and up to date training that will ensure that I will do my very best,” Goins said.
Both Stevens and Goins are Members of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the River Counties Association of Realtors.
“We are very pleased to welcome Billie and Troy to our Bender Realty family,” said Jim Workman, owner and broker of Bender Realty. “Their experience, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service makes them both great assets to our company. Both are committed to providing the highest levels of service to their clients and customers.”
