Audrey Beatrice “Bea” Ausmus of Cleveland and formerly of Madisonville, died Thursday, June 6, 2013.

She will be remembered for her work in the business community. Until her retirement, she was the office manager of Tellico Laces and received the ABWA Business Woman of the Year in 1980.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Madisonville, where she sang in the choir.

She was a member of the Eastern Star and served as the president and secretary of the Red Hat Society at Wellington Place.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law: Tracy Robbins-Laws and Dave Laws of Cleveland and Patricia and Paul Jones of Kingsport; sister, Barbara Creech of Palatka, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including Paul and Carrie Mae Robbins of Madisonville.

The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. today, June 9, 2013, with Dr. Lon Shoopman officiating.

Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sunset Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home in Madisonville.
