The reunion fee is $35 for adults and $15 for youth, ages 6 through 15. Children age 5 and under are free.
The reunion will consist of a picnic, banquet and joint worship service.
In addition to the meals, there will be fun activities for all ages.
Reunion attendees are urged to drop by and pick up your T-shirts (if you order one) and reunion information packet, grab a bite to eat, and play a few games.
The evening will be very casual and probably hot.
On Saturday morning, July 27, several suggested things to do are included in the reunion packet.
Everyone is free to take part in one or more of the family outings.
Expense of the outing is not included in the Family Reunion fee.
That evening, we will get back together for the dinner-dance. Wear your Sunday outfit and come to meet and re-acquaint with family distant and far.
The dinner will have a brief program followed by music for dancing.
The location will be announced as soon as possible.
On Sunday morning, Shiloh Baptist Church (our family church) has opened their doors for worship experience.
Everyone is asked to worship at Shiloh and if agreeable, can all go out and eat at a local establishment.
The cost of the meal is NOT included in the registration fee.
In order to finalize plans, payment needs to be received in full — check or money order payable to Moore Family Reunion — by July 1 to Bobbie Moore, 3415 Peerless Road, Cleveland TN 37312.
If you plan to attend, but can’t send your registration fee at this time, let Ramshorn King, 8117 Lakelands Drive, Harrison TN 37341 (email@example.com) or Moore know so that an estimate on the number planned for attendance can be made.
T-shirts will be available for purchase for $10 to $15 and must be ordered in advance.
The Family History Book will also be updated and available for a cost of $60.
Information for the Family History Book is due by July 1.
