These new homes are ready to move into and are perfect for the busy individual, couple or family. Starting at $129,900, it’s first-come, first-serve. One of the townhomes is already taken and there are three more from which to choose. The builders have completed their installations, including landscaping in this close-to-everything community.
Dustin Hawkins of D&S Custom Homes is the owner and builder of these unique homes located on Sharon Drive in northeast Cleveland. These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes. Each unit has approximately 1,200 square feet.
Three units are still available and all have three bedrooms in the upstairs portion of the homes.
Each townhome has two full baths and a powder room, which is located on the main level. Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet, a security system, cable TV, utilities and other amenities. Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home. The kitchen floor was finished with tile. The floor plan provides plenty of open and airy space.
Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the homes that have two large bedrooms. The kitchen is supplied with stainless appliances and custom raised-panel cabinets. Easy to maintain countertops were used in the modern kitchen. Pendant and recessed lighting was also utilized in the eat-in area of the kitchen.
Antiqued rubbed-bronze plumbing fixtures were used as accents. A utility area was also furnished in the kitchen and is neatly tucked away behind closed doors.
The bedrooms are on the second level of the homes. Carpeted stair treads and custom hand-railing complete the stairwell. The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate bigger furnishings and has a tray ceiling. Accent lighting is also provided in the master bedroom area as well as other rooms.
Large Jack-and-Jill closets were also designed in the floor plan for the master bedroom. The master bath features a custom-topped vanity and tile flooring.
A full shower-tub combination is provided in both full baths. The master bath also has rubbed bronze plumbing features. Rubbed bronze lighting fixtures are also placed throughout the townhomes.
Each townhome has been equipped with ceiling fans and stabilized cellulose insulation, and they are built with TVA Energy Right codes in mind for energy savings, including vinyl windows. As for the exterior of the townhomes, the facade is finished in stacked stone and architectural Hardie cement fiberboard. The rooflines are finished with architectural shingles. Each home also has its own covered front porch. Landscaping is in place and the sod for the lawn is down.
Each unit has a privacy fence and concrete patio. These homes are ready to move in upon the buyer’s need.
An open house is planned for Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m.
