Jennings Kelley, left, daughter of David and Shannon Kelley of Cleveland, attended Tennessee 4-H Roundup on the University of Tennessee’s campus in Knoxville last week. Jennings was recognized as a Level II (11th and 12th grade) state winner in the Line and Design project. She was also inducted into Vol State, which is the highest level of recognition a Tennessee 4-H member may achieve. Vol State is presented to high school juniors and seniors in recognition of excellence in all phases of 4-H work, as well as service and leadership rendered in their communities. Jennings received a silver bowl and $500 college scholarship and a trip to National 4-H Congress in Atlanta.
