A tree grows at Signature in memory of Marvin Crye, who was a resident of Signature HealthCare for three years. The Zelkova tree was donated by Capitalmark Bank and Trust in honor of Crye’s family and as a tribute to his life. Keith Barrett, city president of Capitalmark Bank and Trust was present for the tree-planting ceremony on Aug. 8. The dedication celebration was attended by Edith Crye, his loving wife of 68 years, their daughters, Joyce Green, Glenda Taylor and Rita Western (son Michael Crye was unable to attend); son-in-law Keith Green; and granddaughter Deanna Taylor. Also, several members of Signature HealthCare attended, including: Ed Hammonds, Doug Burgner, Chaplain Carl Caffrey, Johnanna Belcher, Tiffany Vaughan, Tina Dale, Christie Thompson, Kristi Johnson, Brook Truelove and Brittney Brady. Crye’s life will be remembered with great fondness by the SHC of Cleveland.
