The Ark No Kill Shelter has been invited to attend the Blessing of the Animals Service at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

The service will be performed by Father Joel Huffstetler, rector at St Luke's, on Oct. 6 at 3 p.m.

The Ark of Cleveland volunteers will have dogs on site from 1 to 3 p.m available to adopt. These pets have already received comprehensive vetting, are socialized and healthy, and can go from the event to their new forever homes. Each pet comes with a detailed personal veterinary record.

Ark pets can be seen on http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/clevelandark.html and our Facebook page.

If you have a favorite dog you would like us to bring Sunday, give us a call at 423-472-2744 or email ArkofCleveland@aol.com.

If you are unable to attend the Blessing Service, the Ark’s hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m. It is located at 240 Oak St. N.W.
